Compensation and Benefits Supervisor

This role will also be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely employee compensation, benefits, and contributions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee payroll processes for both campuses (IT Park & Mactan) ensuring timely and accurate compensation for all employees.
• Manage the implementation and administration of payroll software, ensuring efficient handling of payroll-related tasks.
• Ensure compliance with government regulations related to employee contributions (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, etc.) and other benefits.
• Conduct audits to ensure payroll records are accurate and up to date.
• Collaborate with other departments to align compensation and benefits with company goals and policies.
• Prepare and submit required reports related to payroll, benefits, and contributions.
• Address employee inquiries regarding compensation, benefits, and deductions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, accounting, or any related field.
• Minimum of three years' experience as a Compensation & Benefits Supervisor
• Proficient with payroll management and payroll software (manual payroll experience only will not be considered)
• Strong understanding of employee contributions and government regulations.
• Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to manage confidential information.
• Experience managing payroll for large teams (1000+ employees) is an advantage
• Willing to work onsite on a dayshift schedule
