Supply Chain Manager

 I.  JOB MISSION/SUMMARY

The Supply Chain Supervisor is responsible for overseeing end to end supply chain planning and execution to ensure operational readiness, inventory health, cost control, and logistics efficiency. This role drives planning cadence, validates demand and replenishment signals, manages supplier coordination, and ensure alignment between logistics and warehouse operations to support business objectives.

1. Manage the over-all supply chain operations of Star 360 Philippines Inc. from demand planning, replenishment, purchasing, logistics operations and customer service.
2. Ensure the timely preparation, analysis, agreement and approval of forecast
3. Review and ensure that inventory policies are supportive of Star 360’s business objectives of high customer service and that optimum inventory levels are maintained.
4. Ensure timely translation of the forecast into Purchase Order or Production Order
5. Ensure continuous supply of materials and services at the most advantageous purchase value, to meet the long and short term requirements of Star 360 Philippines, Inc.
6. Ensure timely release of imported items to avoid any disruption as well as ensure that freight and other related costs in releasing goods are maintained at the lowest level
7. Establish the best Logistic Network to assure the optimum level of service as well as resources to customers according to Star 360’s customer service objectives.
8. Coordinate with Logistics to ensure availability of Inventory balances for preparation of Production and Purchase Plans
9. Coordinate with Sales to align objectives in customers servicing as required by the Service Level Agreement.
10. Coordinate closely with Corporate Logistics to ensure timely, accurate and undamaged delivery of customer orders.
11. Provide training and development programs to the Supply Chain staff in accordance with their competency requirements
12. Prepare risk management assessment and ensure that appropriate mitigating and contingency plans are in place.
13. Perform all other functions that may be assigned by the Manager from time to time

Must submit regular report to President regarding:

1. Inventory Status /Inventory Levels and Aging
2. Forecast Accuracy
3. Customer Service Level
4. Orders Delivered on Time and in Full (ODCOT)
5. Cost to Serve

1. ABC Classification
2. Inventory Policy
3. Purchase Plan
4. Production Plan

III. REQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Supply Chain Management, Business, Logistics or any related field.
2. At least 3-5 years in supply chain management preferably with experience in demand and replenishment planning and exposure to logistics operations, purchasing and customer service.
3. With at least 5 years solid experience in Supply Chain preferably in retail or FMCG
4. With strong background in Logistics, Purchasing, Inventory Management and Warehousing
5. Strong analytical skills & problem solving.
6. Experience in ERP/MRP systems and inventory management tools.
7. Strong stakeholder management and escalation handling capability.
