About the Role
We're looking for an experienced Supply Chain Consultant to help leading retail and manufacturing companies improve their end-to-end supply chain operations. This role combines business consulting, solution advisory, and client engagement to identify business challenges, recommend process improvements, and support digital transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Analyze end-to-end supply chain processes, including Demand Planning, Forecasting, Replenishment, and Warehouse Management.
- Engage with clients to understand business challenges and operational goals.
- Recommend supply chain solutions and develop implementation roadmaps.
- Conduct workshops and deliver presentations to business leaders and executives.
- Support solution demonstrations and strategic sales engagements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver value-driven business solutions.
- At least 3 years of experience as a Supply Chain Consultant or senior supply chain professional.
- Strong expertise in Demand Planning, Forecasting, and Replenishment (F&R).
- Solid understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes.
- At least 4 years of experience within Retail, FMCG/CPG, or B2B Manufacturing industries.
- Excellent presentation and stakeholder management skills, with experience engaging senior executives.
- Background in management consulting, supply chain transformation, or solution consulting is highly preferred.
- Experience in consultative or value-based solution selling is an advantage.
