About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Australian Property Management Specialist to manage a portfolio of residential properties while delivering exceptional service to landlords and tenants. This role is heavily focused on portfolio management, client communication, lease administration, arrears management, compliance, and protecting long-term client relationships, with administrative support forming a smaller part of the role.

Ideal Candidate (Must-Have Requirements)
  • Solid experience managing an Australian residential property portfolio
  • Strong understanding of Australian property management processes and legislation
  • Experience handling landlord and tenant communications
  • Confident in managing rent arrears, lease renewals, bond refunds, and maintenance coordination
  • Familiar with inspections, compliance requirements, and tenancy documentation
  • Strong organisational, problem-solving, and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Proactive, customer-focused, and able to manage competing priorities independently
  • Experience using Australian property management software is highly regarded
Tasks and Responsibilities
  • Manage an assigned portfolio of Australian residential properties
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants
  • Coordinate lease renewals, rent reviews, and tenancy documentation
  • Monitor rent arrears and follow up on outstanding payments
  • Coordinate maintenance requests and liaise with contractors
  • Process bond refunds, lease compliance, and property documentation
  • Handle escalations and resolve tenancy issues professionally
  • Maintain accurate property records and system updates
  • Monitor portfolio performance and help minimise listing losses through proactive client engagement
  • Provide administrative support, including reporting, record keeping, and compliance documentation
