Position Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant (VA) for Property Management to provide administrative and operational support to our property management team. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a proactive attitude to handle various property-related tasks efficiently.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in property management or as a virtual assistant.
  • Strong knowledge of property management systems (e.g., Rent Manager, Buildium, AppFolio, or similar).
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Familiarity with local rental laws and regulations is a plus.
  • Experience working with residential or commercial properties.
  • Knowledge of marketing platforms for rental listings.
  • Basic understanding of financial processes, including budgeting and bookkeeping.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage property-related emails and communications.
  • Create and post property listings on multiple platforms.
  • Maintain organized records of leases, agreements, and documents.
  • Track and document property expenses and revenues.
