Content Associate

As a Content Creator, you will be responsible for capturing real-life moments, producing engaging visual content, and supporting the brand’s storytelling efforts across Healthspan, the Skin Academy, and our partner clinics. You will work primarily on-site and in the field during masterclasses, demos, KOL events, and clinic activities to create quick, authentic, and high-impact content for social media to support our wider digital strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend Healthspan Skin Academy masterclasses, demos, conventions, and clinic/KOL events.
• Capture real-time videos, photos, and behind-the-scenes moments during events.
• Create quick-turnaround stories, reels, short-form videos, and event highlights using mobile.
• Conduct simple on-the-spot interviews or sound bites with trainers, participants, or KOLs.
• Flexible and skilled in shooting with both mobile devices and high-quality professional cameras.
• Produce content that reflects authentic experiences, emotions, and learning moments.

• Edit short-form videos using mobile apps and editing tools.
• Assemble quick event recaps, stories, and content based on captured footage.
• Ensure visuals and messaging follow brand guidelines, key messaging, and storytelling style.

• Coordinate with the Marketing Associate, Product Marketing Managers, and Creative Team to align content with campaign and sales needs.
• Share content ideas, story angles, and creative concepts based on event flow and trends.
• Provide the team with real-time event content for posting and engagement.
• Support social media efforts by ensuring timely, frequent updates for live events.

• Stay updated with trending formats (Reels, TikTok style, POVs, aesthetic clips, micro-stories).
• Suggest new concepts that highlight Healthspan’s community, expertise, and culture.
• Observe audience reactions and note which content performs best.
• Capture authentic moments that boost engagement, relatability, and brand

• Experience in content creation, photography, videography, or short-form video production highly desired,
• Strong ability to produce and edit content quickly using mobile devices.
• Creative eye for storytelling, composition, and visual direction.
• Comfortable working on-site, interacting with the sales team, doctors, participants, and KOLs.
• Understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube).
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments and manage multiple content tasks during events.
• Strong communication skills in English & Filipino.
• Background in beauty, wellness, or lifestyle content is a plus.

• Mobile editing apps (like CapCut, VN, InShot, Lightroom Mobile, Canva Mobile).
• Both Smartphone and professional camera photography/videography skills (good angles, lighting, framing).
• Video editing workflow (cutting, transitions, sound, text overlays).
• Familiarity with social media tools (Meta Business Suite, TikTok tools) is a plus.
