Sales & Marketing Associate

Overview:

We are looking for a creative and motivated Marketing Associate to join our team. The Marketing Associate will support the execution of various marketing initiatives aimed at driving brand awareness, engagement, and customer acquisition. The ideal candidate should be passionate about marketing, have a strong attention to detail, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation & Management:

• Assist in the development of marketing materials (e.g., blog posts, social media content, email campaigns).
• Coordinate content for various platforms, ensuring consistency with the company’s brand voice and messaging.

Campaign Support:

• Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, both online and offline.

Market Research:

• Conduct research on market trends, competitors, and customer preferences to provide insights for strategic decision-making.
• Assist with the analysis of customer feedback and surveys.

Social Media & Digital Marketing:

• Manage and update social media profiles, engaging with audiences and responding to inquiries.
• Assist in creating and running digital advertising campaigns, including Social Media Ads.

Event Coordination:

• Assist in the planning and coordination of marketing events and trade shows.
• Help prepare marketing materials, signage, and promotional items for events.

Collaborative Support:

• Work closely with internal teams such as sales, product development, and design to ensure alignment on marketing strategies.
• Assist the Marketing Specialist with various administrative tasks as needed.

• Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Management, Communications, or a related field.
• Highly self-motivated and proactive individual
• Have a working knowledge of current marketing tools and strategies in order to execute successful marketing campaigns.
• Have a background in designing furnitures and marketing sales.
• Writing marketing literature/ narratives about company products
• Promoting brand awareness through marketing efforts
• Conducting market research to establish customer trends and habits
• Proficiency in using Designing Tools or Application (ex. Canva, Adobe Photoshop, etc.)
• Excellent project concept and attention to detail.
• Experienced in working on branding, advertising, and marketing projects.
• Ability to work in a team setting.
• Strong written and interpersonal skills.
• Creative mindset with the ability to brainstorm and generate fresh ideas.
