Public Relations (PR) Associate
Role Overview
The Public Relations Associate (PR Associate) serves as the main liaison in coordinating with key suppliers to ensure the success of influencer campaigns. This includes acting as the primary point of contact for influencers, publishers, suppliers, and other PR partners.
The role also involves end-to-end project management—from planning and execution to tracking performance and delivering reports. The PR Associate is responsible for monitoring campaign progress, recording key metrics, and providing timely status updates and post-campaign reports to clients.Close collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders (brand teams) is essential throughout the process.

The role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as it involves coordinating with diverse stakeholders, including clients, influencers, and partners.A natural ability to build relationships and manage multiple moving parts will be key to success.
Key Responsibilities
Own Partner Relationships- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners
- Manage projects end-to-end, ensuring all deliverables and timelines are met
- Maintain accuracy across timelines, documentary requirements, deliverables, and coordination details
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution
- Review and ensure all partner outputs align with the brand brief and guidelines
- Check content thoroughly for accuracy, completeness, and consistency before submission
- Track, analyze, and report campaign performance and key metrics to the brand team
- Oversee budgets, including both internal and external project costs
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Great communicator/presenter (in both English and Tagalog)

- Bachelor's Degree holder
- Fresh graduates
- At least 1-year experience in Advertising is a plus
- Understanding of different digital platforms and how PR campaigns can seamlessly integrate and elevate existing digital campaigns.
