About the role
Infinity Outsourcing Services is seeking a Business Development Officer to join our dynamic sales team in a full-time capacity. Based in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City, Metro Manila, this role is integral to our growth strategy and market expansion objectives.As a Business Development Officer, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth for our organisation. Key responsibilities- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within target markets, conducting market research and competitive analysis to inform strategy
- Develop and execute business development plans that align with company objectives and revenue targets
- Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, partners and stakeholders through networking, cold outreach and consultative engagement
- Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals, presentations and pitches tailored to client needs and pain points
- Negotiate contracts and terms with prospective clients to achieve mutually beneficial agreements
- Collaborate with internal teams including sales, operations and delivery to ensure successful client onboarding and relationship management
- Monitor market trends, industry developments and competitor activity to identify emerging opportunities
- Track and report on business development activities, pipeline progress and sales metrics to senior management
- Represent Infinity Outsourcing Services at industry events, conferences and networking forums to enhance brand visibility
- 2-5 years of experience in business development, sales or new business development roles, preferably within the outsourcing, professional services or business process management sectors
- Demonstrated ability to generate leads, build pipelines and close business opportunities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion capabilities with a focus on building long-term relationships
- Strategic thinking and analytical mindset with the ability to identify market gaps and develop actionable solutions
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and key performance indicators
- Self-motivated and results-driven with strong work ethic and entrepreneurial spirit
- Proficiency in CRM systems, sales tools and Microsoft Office applications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or related discipline
- Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and business development activities
- Knowledge of the outsourcing industry or business services sector is advantageous
