Facilities Lead

(Industrial / Warehouse Property Management)

Position Summary

He is responsible for overseeing day-to-day multiple facilities , maintenance activities, regulatory compliance,. The role ensures that facilities are safe, operational, compliant, and properly maintained while providing timely support to tenants and internal departments.

Key Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Tenant Management
  • Monitor tenant compliance with property rules, safety policies, and lease-related operational requirements.
  • Preferably with client facing experience.
  1. Property Operations & Maintenance
  • Track status and completion of corrective and preventive maintenance activities.
  • Assist in preparing and implementing preventive maintenance schedules including but not limited to fire pump, fdas, electrical system, reroofing schedule, repainting schedule across multiple facilities.
  • Monitor in house repair team and third party service providers to ensure quality and timely completion of work.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and operational procedures.
  • Assist during emergency situations, repairs, and operational disruptions.
  1. Safety & Compliance
  • Support implementation of Occupational Safety and Health standards.
  • Coordinate fire safety inspections and emergency preparedness activities.
  • Ensure contractors and tenants comply with site safety requirements.

Qualifications

Educational Background

Bachelor’s Degree in:

  • Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Civil) or related field
Experience
  • At least 3–5 years of relevant experience in industrial, warehouse, or commercial property management.
  • Management of portfolio of properties
  • Knowledge in facility maintenance
  • Familiarity with PEZA and industrial park procedures is an advantage
  • Understanding of preventive maintenance systems
  • Strong coordination and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Property Management Software
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and tenant concerns efficiently
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
