Job Summary

The Procurement Manager for Services & Indirect Materials is responsible for leading the sourcing, negotiation, and management of all non-production goods and services, including corporate services, facilities, IT, MRO, marketing, travel, and other indirect categories.

The role ensures optimal value, quality, compliance, and risk management while driving cost efficiency and supporting overall business and operational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement category strategies for services and indirect spend.
  • Lead RFQs, RFPs, and e-auctions to achieve best value outcomes.
  • Identify and execute cost-saving and value-adding initiatives.
  • Conduct market research and supplier benchmarking.
  • Negotiate, establish, and manage supplier contracts and SLAs/KPIs.
  • Monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with agreements.
  • Resolve issues related to quality, delivery, and service performance.
  • Drive continuous supplier improvement initiatives.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders (IT, HR, Facilities, Finance, Marketing, etc.) to align procurement requirements.
  • Provide market insights and procurement guidance for decision-making.
  • Support business units and project teams in sourcing requirements.
  • Monitor category spend and ensure budget compliance.
  • Track procurement KPIs and reporting requirements.
  • Improve procurement processes for efficiency, transparency, and speed.
  • Manage procurement cycle time (PR to PO conversion).
  • Ensure adherence to procurement policies, legal, and regulatory standards.
  • Conduct supplier risk assessments and mitigation planning.
  • Ensure contract compliance and governance standards are followed.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field
  • At least 5 years of procurement experience
  • At least 5 years in services and indirect category management
  • Experience in strategic sourcing, contract management, and supplier governance
  • Strong ERP system knowledge (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft D365 or equivalent)
  • Excellent negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
  • CIPS, CPSM, or equivalent certification is an advantage
