- Perform routine maintenance and repair of company facilities, equipment, and fixtures.
- Conduct regular inspections of buildings, equipment, and systems to identify maintenance needs.
- Carry out preventive maintenance activities to minimize equipment breakdowns.
- Perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and minor repair works as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of work areas and company premises.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency repairs.
- Assist in installation, movement, and assembly of equipment or furniture when necessary.
- Monitor and report damaged equipment, tools, or facilities to management.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of tools and maintenance supplies.
- Follow company safety procedures and maintain compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Perform other tasks that may be assigned by management.
