Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for U.S. roles—from requisition intake to candidate placement
- Source qualified candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and internal databases
- Screen and interview candidates to assess qualifications, availability, and cultural fit
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with U.S. hiring managers or clients
- Prepare candidate profiles and summaries for client submittals
- Negotiate compensation packages within client guidelines and market standards
- Maintain ATS records and ensure data integrity across all candidate communications
- Track recruitment KPIs and report regularly to stakeholders or recruitment leads
- Stay updated on U.S. labor laws, hiring trends, and market conditions
Qualifications:
- 2 year of hands-on experience recruiting for U.S. roles from an offshore setting
- Strong understanding of U.S. job market, labor standards, and hiring norms
- Experience recruiting for multiple industries (e.g., healthcare, IT, professional services) is a strong plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced, remote environment
- Proficient in ATS tools and recruitment CRMs
- Willingness to work U.S. time zones (night shift in PH)
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required if offset by relevant experience
- Must be willing to work at Eastwood City, Libis
