Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for U.S. roles—from requisition intake to candidate placement
  • Source qualified candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and internal databases
  • Screen and interview candidates to assess qualifications, availability, and cultural fit
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with U.S. hiring managers or clients
  • Prepare candidate profiles and summaries for client submittals
  • Negotiate compensation packages within client guidelines and market standards
  • Maintain ATS records and ensure data integrity across all candidate communications
  • Track recruitment KPIs and report regularly to stakeholders or recruitment leads
  • Stay updated on U.S. labor laws, hiring trends, and market conditions

Qualifications:

  • 2 year of hands-on experience recruiting for U.S. roles from an offshore setting
  • Strong understanding of U.S. job market, labor standards, and hiring norms
  • Experience recruiting for multiple industries (e.g., healthcare, IT, professional services) is a strong plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced, remote environment
  • Proficient in ATS tools and recruitment CRMs
  • Willingness to work U.S. time zones (night shift in PH)
  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required if offset by relevant experience
  • Must be willing to work at Eastwood City, Libis
