Recruitment Specialist
Royal Cargo Parañaque Full-time
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for monitoring and processing employee requisitions of the Royal Cargo Group (submission of requests for approval and monitoring)
- Collaborate with the HOD/Hiring Managers for their manpower requirements
- Advertise employee job openings both internally and externally through company’s bulletin board, email, company website, social media, and online recruitment sites.
- Conducts initial screening of applicants (initial interview, administration, and evaluation of psychological examinations)
- Schedules interviews for the hiring manager/requesting department. Schedules additional interviews as needed
- Assist with temporary staffing needs by contacting and working with headhunters, staffing agencies.
- Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need
- Mails out responses to applicants
- Update requesting heads of the departments regarding status of their respective employee requests.
- Conduct new hire orientation
- Monitor and prepare KPI Report for recruitment monthly
- Performs and support other functions that may be assigned from time to time.
Job Requirements:
- Any combination of education and experience that would likely provide the required knowledge and abilities necessary for satisfactory job performance.
- A Bachelor’s degree with major course in Psychology, Human Resources Management, or related discipline.
- With at least 3-5 years working experience in handling HR function in recruitment
- A combination of freight forwarding, and airline sales or operations experience is a plus factor.
- Proficient in MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Has the ability to deal with highly personal and confidential information
- Able to express herself in both written and oral English communication
- Must be able to deliver effectively with minimal supervision and capable of multi-tasking
- Good time management and organizational skills. Able to work under stress to meet tight deadlines
- Ability to work in a team as well as individually
- Has positive attitude, good interpersonal skills, self-motivated, independent, and proactive.
- Flexible and can effectively deal with all sorts of people.
