Inventory & Logistics Officer

Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records of stocks, supplies, and materials
- Receive, inspect, and process incoming deliveries and inventory items
- Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies
- Prepare and submit inventory and logistics reports to management
- Coordinate delivery schedules and stock transfers to branches
- Ensure proper storage, handling, and organization of inventory items
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment requests
- Drive and deliver supplies/inventory to branches as scheduled
- Ensure delivery vehicle is properly maintained and operational
- Coordinate with suppliers, warehouse staff, and operations team regarding inventory concerns
- Ensure compliance with company procedures, safety standards, and inventory policies
- Assist in loading, unloading, and organizing stocks when necessary
