We’re looking for an Inventory Management Analyst (Cagayan De Oro) who will take ownership of our Northern Mindanao inventory operations—ensuring that every item is accounted for, every variance is understood, and every process runs smoothly.

As our Inventory Management Analyst, you will play a key role in maintaining the integrity of our warehouse operations:
- Ensure accurate inventory records across all sites
- Analyze and reconcile daily cycle count variances, especially negative discrepancies
- Prepare and manage reports on:
- Stock on Hand (SOH)
- Cycle Count
- Inventory Record Accuracy (IRA)
- Monitor near-expiry, expired, and damaged items (inbound and warehouse)
- Validate system vs. actual stock status
- Conduct and support:
- Cycle Counts
- Replenishment checks
- Put-away validations
- Assist in monthly Wall-to-Wall inventory counts
- Work closely with the Inventory Supervisor during reconciliation activities
- At least 1 year of solid experience as an Inventory Analyst is a great advantage.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Background in logistics and supply chain is highly preferred
- A graduate of any Business and Engineering Programs
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive
