Job Summary:
FLR Industrial Marketing is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Office Assistant to support daily administrative operations, inventory monitoring, and basic bookkeeping tasks. This is an entry-level role ideal for fresh graduates who are eager to gain hands-on experience in business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative and clerical tasks
- Encode and update sales, purchases, and expenses
- Maintain and monitor inventory records
- Organize and file receipts, invoices, and documents
- Assist in basic bookkeeping and record-keeping
- Support daily office operations as needed
Qualifications:
