Job Summary:

FLR Industrial Marketing is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Office Assistant to support daily administrative operations, inventory monitoring, and basic bookkeeping tasks. This is an entry-level role ideal for fresh graduates who are eager to gain hands-on experience in business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform general administrative and clerical tasks
  • Encode and update sales, purchases, and expenses
  • Maintain and monitor inventory records
  • Organize and file receipts, invoices, and documents
  • Assist in basic bookkeeping and record-keeping
  • Support daily office operations as needed

Qualifications:
