Executive Driver (Biñan, Laguna)
GENERAL FUNCTION OF THE POSITION
The Executive Driver will be responsible for providing safe and efficient transportation services to CEO and President. This role requires a high level of professionalism, discretion, and reliability, as well as excellent driving skills and knowledge of local traffic regulations.Top of Form
STATEMENT OF DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (covering Knowledge and Skills, Problem Solving and Accountability)
Key Performance Indicators
Safely and efficiently transport of CEO and President or designated personnel to and from various locations, including meetings, appointments, and events.
Plan and organize routes to ensure timely arrival at destinations, taking into account traffic conditions, road closures, and other factors.
Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the vehicle, both inside and out, ensuring it is always presentable and well-maintained.
Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks, including oil level, tire pressure, and fluid levels, and report any issues or concerns to the appropriate personnel.
Ensure the vehicle is equipped with necessary amenities and supplies, such as water, tissues, and umbrellas, to meet the needs of CEO.
Assist CEO with loading and unloading luggage or other items as needed.
Adhere to all traffic laws, regulations, and company policies while operating the vehicle.
Maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times, particularly regarding the details of CEO’s schedules and destinations.
Provide exceptional customer service to CEO, demonstrating professionalism, courtesy, and attentiveness.
Assist with other duties or tasks as assigned by the Executive Assistant, VP for Operations or relevant supervisor.
