About the role
As an Operations Manager at AQUADYSINC', you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the smooth day-to-day operations of our construction projects in Quezon City Metro Manila. This is a full-time position that will allow you to leverage your expertise in construction management and contribute to the success of our growing organisation.
What you'll be doing- Developing and implementing efficient operational strategies to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
- Supervising and coordinating the activities of project teams, including engineers, supervisors, and tradespeople
- Monitoring and reporting on project progress, identifying and mitigating any potential risks or issues
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant safety, quality, and environmental regulations
- Collaborating with clients, stakeholders, and subcontractors to address any concerns and maintain strong relationships
- Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing cost-saving measures
- Providing mentorship and guidance to junior members of the operations team
- Minimum 8 years of experience in construction operations management, preferably in the commercial or residential construction industry
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex construction projects from start to finish
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think strategically
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with various stakeholders
- Proficient in the use of construction management software and tools
- Relevant degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
- Familiarity with local construction regulations and best practices
