The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the organization to ensure business efficiency, profitability, and compliance with company policies. This role involves managing processes, people, and systems to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, direct, and oversee operational activities across departments.
• Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience (5+ years) in operations management or a similar leadership role.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
