Dutch / English - Customer Service Representative

Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via email, chat, and/or calls in both Dutch and English.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, or account-related concerns.
- Troubleshoot customer issues and coordinate with related teams for escalations or resolutions.
- Translate and interpret documents, messages, and instructions between Dutch and English when necessary.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of interactions in CRM or ticketing tools.
- Meet performance metrics such as quality scores, response time, and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, guidelines, and data protection standards.
- Assist with process improvements by providing feedback based on customer insights.
- Proficiency in Dutch (B2–C1 or native) and English, both written and verbal.
- Previous experience in customer service, support, BPO, or multilingual roles is an advantage. Newbies are welcome to apply.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Willingness to work shifting schedules, weekends, or holidays as required.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms or ticketing systems is a plus.
