Reports Insights Analyst-Night Shift

• Maintain report templates and update dashboards to ensure consistency and accuracy.
• Perform basic data validation, identify discrepancies, and support troubleshooting activities.
• Communicate report delivery schedules and respond to minor stakeholder requests in a timely manner.
• Support continuous improvement of reporting processes and documentation.

Gain hands-on reporting and analytics experience in a data-driven role.Build core skills in dashboards, data validation, and stakeholder communication.

Must Haves (Non‑Negotiable):

• Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Supply Chain, or a related field, or a combination of post‑secondary education and relevant work experience.
• At least 1 year of experience in reporting and analytics (required).
• Experience in a healthcare, supply chain, or similarly data‑intensive environment.
• Basic experience with data validation and standard reporting processes.
• Experience using Power BI, Tableau, Python, other analytics and reporting tools

Preferred (Nice to Have):

• Strong critical thinking and problem‑solving skills.
• Experience working with dashboards and recurring reporting cycles.
• Ability to communicate clearly with stakeholders regarding data and reporting timelines.
• First 3 months: Full on-site, night shift.
• After completion of training and once steady state is achieved: Transition to a hybrid work arrangement (2-3 days per week return-to-office, remainder work from home).
• Night shift schedule: 9:00 PM - 6:00 AM PHT.
