- At least 3 years of combined experience in investment banking, private equity, venture capital, corporate finance, or FP&A
- Strong experience in financial analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, spend tracking, financial statement analysis, variance analysis, and management reporting
- FP&A experience in a high-growth technology company
- Prior Payments or FinTech experience is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Accounting, or another related quantitative field is preferred
- Strong understanding of corporate finance concepts, financial statements, business drivers, KPIs, and reporting techniques
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including financial modeling, scenario analysis, data analysis, and complex formulas
- Strong PowerPoint skills with the ability to create clear, executive-ready presentations and financial narratives
- Proficiency in SQL and data modeling is required
- Python experience is a plus
- Ability to interpret complex business performance data and convert findings into meaningful insights and recommendations
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across multiple functions, stakeholders, and management levels
- Proactive, independent, and self-motivated problem solver with strong judgment and integrity when handling confidential information
- Supportive team player who can lead when needed and build strong working relationships across teams
- Amenable to a full onsite work setup in Ortigas on a night shift schedule
- Manage budgeting and forecasting processes, including financial modeling, spend tracking, and reporting to senior leaders
- Oversee company-wide headcount planning in collaboration with functional leaders, people operations, and accounting teams
- Build robust financial models to support strategic planning and decision-making
- Analyze KPIs and consolidated financials, communicate performance insights, and investigate variances
- Identify and drive process improvements to scale financial operations across the business
