Key Duties and Responsibilities:- Manual Payroll Processing
Ensure accurate calculation of salaries, allowances, overtime pay, and deductions.
- Verification of Payroll Data
Validate adjustments such as salary changes, incentives, and deductions.
- Government Compliance
Ensure payroll practices comply with labor laws and company policies.
- Payroll Documentation
Ensure confidentiality of payroll information.
- Payroll Reconciliation
Investigate and resolve payroll-related concerns raised by employees.
- Coordination with Departments
Work with the Finance department for payroll funding and salary distribution.
- Reporting
Assist in payroll audits and internal reviews.
- Process Monitoring
Recommend improvements in payroll workflow and documentation.
Qualifications/Requirements
Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or any related course
Minimum of 2years of payroll experience, preferably handling manual payroll computationStrong knowledge of manual payroll computation including overtime, holiday pay, and deductions.
Familiarity with labor laws and payroll compliance.
Understanding of government contributions and payroll documentation.
