Key Responsibilities:

Assist in preparing financial reports, invoices, and budgets
Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
Maintain and update financial records and databases
Reconcile bank statements and company accounts
Assist with payroll processing and expense tracking
Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting regulations

Provide administrative support to the accounting department

Qualifications/Requirements

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)

Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Good communication and problem-solving abilities

Ability to handle confidential information with integrity

Preferred Skills: Experience with accounting systems (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP)

Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage
