Job Summary
The Accounting Assistant supports the Accounting Department by performing basic accounting tasks such as maintaining financial records, processing transactions, preparing reports, and assisting with audits. The role ensures accurate documentation of financial data and helps maintain organized accounting files.The Accounting Assistant may also handle accounts payable and receivable, monitor expenses, and assist in payroll preparation while ensuring compliance with company policies and financial procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Disbursement voucher preparation from RFP.
- Filing of Disbursement Vouchers.
- Monitoring of Petty Cash Fund Requests.
- Checking of Liquidation of Petty Cash Funds.
- Journal Vouchering.
- Assisting in BIR Data Entry Recording.
