Job Description

• Post transactions (CV-UN) to Syspro A/P module for invoice processing.
• Post payments (CV-UN) in the Syspro A/P module to ensure proper documentation.
• Handle posting of local and importation charges connected to shipment tracking.

• Monitor checks issued and ensure they are released to the respective payees.
• Summarize broker's billing (CV abstract) for vouchering purposes.

• Prepare Import Cost Sheets in Excel for financial tracking.
• Post local and importation transactions related to LCT shipment tracking in the Syspro A/P module, handling both invoice processing and payment maintenance.

• Prepare account analysis using Syspro, including:
• Accounts Payable-Trade (A/C 201)
• Expanded Tax Withheld (A/C 207)
• Input Tax (VAT) (A/C 062)
• Prepare Summary of LC/TR principal and interest payments in Excel format.

• Reconcile payroll for daily-rate employees with bank debits, as submitted by the HR department.
• File duplicate cash vouchers in series.

• Prepare various reports for Quarterly VAT Return attachments:
• Summary List of Sales
• Summary List of Local Purchases
• Summary List of Importation
• Summary of Credit Memos
• Compute VAT payable and prepare the VAT Return Summary for quarterly filing with BIR.
