Amazon Content Specialist (Remote Work)

Your work will directly contribute to improved keyword rankings, stronger indexing, and higher conversion rates across the Amazon marketplace.

• Audit Amazon listings to identify issues affecting conversion
• Optimize titles, bullet points, descriptions, backend attributes, generic keywords, images and product video
• Main and new keywords are indexed and aligned with search intent
• Ensure listing content addresses customer questions and Rufus queries
• Track keyword ranking and indexing
• Conduct customer review & competitor analysis
• Understand product selling point, differentiation
• Maintain consistent brand voice across listing content
• Document and present actionable insights clearly
• To improve metrics, keyword ranking, conversion rate and accurate keyword indexing

Requirements:

• Experience working with Amazon Seller Central
• Strong understanding of Amazon ranking factors, keyword indexing, and listing conversion optimization
• Familiarity with conversion optimization frameworks
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail
• Proficient in Excel, Google Workspace, basic graphic editing, and productivity/AI tools
• Good command of written and spoken English with strong communication skills
• Strong time management and multitasking abilities
• Able to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team
• Proactive, self-motivated, and able to take ownership of tasks
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Must have a stable internet connection and reliable equipment

Job Details:

• Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Monday to Friday)
• Tools: Monitask is used for screen and time tracking
