Contract Logistics Solutions & Pricing Supervisor

We are looking for a Contract Logistics Solutions & Pricing Supervisor to support warehouse solution design, commercial pricing, and proposal development for contract logistics and 3PL projects.

This role is ideal for candidates with experience in contract logistics, warehouse planning, cost modeling, facility setup, logistics pricing, or warehouse solutions design.

You will prepare pricing models, warehouse layouts, cost simulations, capacity plans, and commercial proposals for new business opportunities.

This is not a warehouse floor supervisor role. The focus is on solutions design, pricing, analysis, layouts, proposals, and project support.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop competitive pricing proposals for warehousing, trucking, and contract logistics services.
• Prepare cost simulations, rate structures, capacity calculations, and profit-and-loss analysis.
• Assess the profitability and commercial viability of potential contract logistics accounts.
• Build and maintain pricing templates, costing sheets, vendor rate matrices, and proposal formats.
• Prepare pricing documents and supporting requirements for client bids, tenders, and proposals.

• Prepare and optimize warehouse layouts using AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar design tools.
• Analyze storage capacity, space utilization, racking configuration, cross-docking flow, and picking paths.
• Translate client requirements into practical warehouse layouts, capacity plans, and infrastructure requirements.
• Coordinate with Operations to ensure proposed warehouse solutions are realistic and executable.
• Recommend improvements in warehouse flow, capacity, layout, and operational efficiency.

• Coordinate with warehouse owners, industrial property brokers, real estate agencies, and facility providers.
• Identify and assess potential warehouse facilities based on client and operational requirements.
• Coordinate with suppliers for forklifts, racking systems, pallets, material handling equipment, and warehouse infrastructure.
• Gather and maintain market information on warehouse rental rates, facility availability, supplier pricing, and technical specifications.
• Support vendor coordination, quotation gathering, and timeline monitoring.

• Support the Business Development team in developing customized contract logistics solutions and proposals.
• Assist Operations during warehouse setup and initial project implementation.
• Coordinate documentation and applicable requirements for facility setup.
• Prepare progress reports covering pricing, layout development, bidding activities, and vendor coordination.
• Work closely with Business Development, Operations, Finance, and external vendors to align proposals with actual operational capabilities.

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or any related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in contract logistics, logistics pricing, warehouse planning, supply chain solutions, business development support, warehouse engineering, or related work.
• Working knowledge of contract logistics, warehousing, trucking, and 3PL operations.
• Strong experience in pricing, cost modeling, proposal preparation, warehouse layout planning, or facility setup.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including cost simulation, financial modeling, data analysis, and profitability analysis.
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar warehouse layout/design tools is strongly preferred.
• Able to convert client and operational requirements into accurate pricing models and practical warehouse solutions.
• Strong coordination skills with internal teams, property owners, brokers, warehouse vendors, and suppliers.
• Strong reporting, presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple proposals, deadlines, and coordination requirements.
