JOB DESCRIPTION:
Support the preparation and commercial evaluation of subcontract tenders by coordinating with Site and Procurement teams to ensure complete tender documentation, clear scope definition, and proper commercial requirements prior to subcontract award.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:
- Assist Site teams in preparing subcontract scope of works, specifications, and tender requirements.
- Review completeness of tender documents prior to tender issuance.
- Support Procurement during tender evaluations through bid comparisons, commercial analysis, and clarification reviews.
- Assist in preparation of subcontract commercial conditions and award documentation.
- Identify potential commercial risks during the tender stage.
- Ensure proper handover of awarded subcontract packages to the post-contract team
