Procurement and Contract Administration Support
Role Overview:
Are you an organized supply chain professional who thrives on keeping projects moving, contracts secure, and procurement workflows seamless? We are looking for a proactive Procurement and Contract Administration Support specialist to join our growing team.
In this role, you will sit at the intersection of purchasing, contract management, and commercial support. You'll handle everything from sourcing supplier quotations and issuing POs to tracking critical project schedules, contract registers, and supplier documentation.If you bring strong negotiation skills and a knack for dynamic coordination, we want to hear from you.
What You’ll Be Doing- Purchasing & Sourcing: Prepare purchase requests and purchase orders, source competitive quotations from suppliers, and track procurement schedules to meet project milestones.
- Supplier Management: Maintain up-to-date supplier databases and build productive, reliable relationships with vendor partners.
- Contract Administration: Assist with daily contract administration, maintain comprehensive contract registers, and coordinate all official contract correspondence.
- Compliance & Risk Tracking: Diligently monitor supplier and project insurances, performance bonds, and warranties to keep the business covered.
- Commercial Support: Provide hands-on assistance and documentation support to broader project commercial teams.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: 3 to 5 years of proven experience in procurement or contract administration.
- Core Skills: Strong negotiation, exceptional organizational ability, and a solid understanding of end-to-end procurement processes.
- Tech Capabilities: Experience using ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar) is highly desirable.
- Cross-Functional Synergy: You bridge the gap effortlessly between site teams, commercial officers, and external suppliers.
- Proactive Risk Management: You never let an expiring insurance policy, performance bond, or warranty slip through the cracks.
- Detail-Oriented Efficiency: You know how to streamline quote sourcing and purchase orders without sacrificing cost accuracy or compliance.
