Shift: Night Shift, Weekends Off, 8:00am-5:000pm MST/PST

• 3-5 years of experience managing remote data annotators or a similar task-based workforce.
• Strong written English communication skills, with the ability to provide clear reporting and collaborate effectively through written communication.
• Familiarity with data annotation concepts and web-based labeling tools; experience with Roboflow is an advantage.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and proactively identify and escalate issues.
• Ability to make sound decisions independently and escalate concerns appropriately when needed.
• Experience with construction drawings, architecture, or CAD is an advantage but not required.

• Supervise and coordinate a team of plan labelers, including daily assignment management and workload distribution
• Monitor annotation quality through regular audits and ensure compliance with established guidelines
• Track, analyze, and report daily and weekly throughput metrics to stakeholders
• Onboard, train, and calibrate new annotators to ensure quality standards are achieved before independent work begins
• Identify and escalate annotation edge cases, quality concerns, and guideline gaps to the team
• Facilitate the resolution of ambiguous labeling scenarios and communicate guideline updates to the annotation team
• Participate in regular video calls with the internal team to review progress, address challenges, and align priorities
