Senior Program Manager (New Product Introduction / NPI)

This is a highly cross-functional role working closely with Product, Purchasing, Quality, and Manufacturing teams across global operations.

• Lead end-to-end NPI execution across multiple product categories.
• Translate product requirements into clear program plans (scope, timeline, milestones, dependencies).
• Drive stage-gate processes (EVT, DVT, PVT, pilot builds, mass production readiness).
• Ensure on-time product launch aligned with quality, cost, and compliance targets.
• Work with Purchasing on supplier selection, tooling readiness, and production planning.
• Manage manufacturing partners to ensure adherence to product specifications and standards.
• Identify risks, resolve issues, and drive cross-functional decision-making.
• Coordinate with global teams across Product, Sales, Marketing, and Operations.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Program Management, or related field.
• 7+ years experience in Program Management, Product Operations, or NPI (hardware or similar industry).
• Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional product launches.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing, supplier management, and production processes.
• Experience in private-label or brand-owned product environments is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong project/program management and execution skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication (local & global teams).
• High attention to detail with strong problem-solving ability.
• Experience with tools like Asana, MS Project, or similar.
• Able to balance strategic planning and hands-on execution.

• Work on global product launches.
• Collaborate with international teams and manufacturing partners.
• Take ownership of high-impact product programs.
