We are in need of General Manager who oversees daily operations, setting strategic goals, managing budgets, and leading staff to improve efficiency and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assigned in Battery Protection Module (BPM) in Cebu Mitsumi Inc. Danao Factory.
• Supervise all daily business operations to ensure they are running efficiently and effectively.
• Develop and implement business strategies to achieve company goals and drive growth.
• Create and manage budgets, monitor financial health, and ensure profitability.
• Hire, train, motivate, and evaluate employees. Provide guidance and support to lower-level managers.
• Collaborate with different departments to ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
• Analyze reports and key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Several years of work experience, often with previous management or supervisory roles, are necessary.
• Strong leadership qualities and the ability to manage and motivate diverse teams are essential.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills are critical.
• Strong financial and business acumen, including experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• The ability to analyze data to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.

• Proficiency in business management software, a proactive nature, and a strong work ethic are also important.
