Assistant General Sales Manager

Type: Full-Time

• Directly reports to the President / CEO
• Shall be responsible in managing the Sales Department and drive the team towards success
• Analyze sales data, market trends, and prepare accurate sales forecasts to guide the department’s activities and decision-making
• Optimize budget and resource allocation for the Sales Department
• Development and implementation of sales strategies to meet and exceed targets to support business growth
• Provide support and mentoring for Sales Managers and Sales Consultants to support efforts in building a strong and high-caliber Sales Team
• Ensures dealership-wide sales targets are achieved and evaluates the effectiveness of the sales strategies
• Build and maintain strong relationships with VP’s and key clients to ensure exceptional customer service and client satisfaction throughout the sales process
• Analyze and review sales metrics and performance in order to provide insights and recommendations to address sales performance as needed
• Understand the current market trends, analyze the customer preference, and study the competitor activities to maintain and improve the company’s competitiveness in the Automotive Industry
• Collaborate with other departments to achieve company goals and objectives
• Ensure proper sales ethics are practiced by the sales team
• Travel to regional offices/branches whenever needed
• Provide continual improvement for Sales Processes to ensure efficiency and productivity
• Participate in top management meetings to set long-term goals and company growth initiatives
• Perform other tasks assigned by top management

• Preferably with at least 3 years of experience as an Assistant General Sales Manager in the automotive industry.
• Must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, Automotive or a related field.
• Candidates with a strong marketing background are highly preferred.
• Has a great leadership stand, strategic thinking, and automotive sales experience.
