Solenergy Systems Inc. is seeking a highly capable and results-oriented Electrical Maintenance Supervisor to lead our maintenance operations in Mabalacat, Pampanga. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional who can balance strategic planning and hands-on execution, ensuring the reliability, safety, and efficiency of our renewable energy facilities.

You will play a critical role in maintaining high-performing electrical systems across multiple plant sites while leading a team committed to operational excellence and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and continuously improve preventive and corrective maintenance programs for renewable power plant systems.
• Ensure optimal performance and reliability of electrical infrastructure across all assigned sites.

• Oversee inspection, testing, and maintenance of Low Voltage (DC/AC), Medium Voltage (MV), and High Voltage (HV) systems.
• Diagnose and resolve complex electrical issues, ensuring minimal downtime and operational disruptions.
• Interpret electrical diagrams, schematics, and technical data to support effective troubleshooting and maintenance planning.

• Conduct regular maintenance audits and ensure all activities comply with safety standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
• Maintain accurate and updated technical documentation, reports, and maintenance records.

• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
• Provide clear, timely updates and professional reports on plant performance and maintenance activities.
• Lead, supervise, and develop a team of technicians and contractors to ensure high performance and accountability.

• Take full ownership of day-to-day maintenance operations with minimal supervision.
• Drive initiatives that improve system efficiency, reliability, and overall plant performance.

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering; must be a Registered Electrical Engineer (REE) or Professional Electrical Engineer (PEE).
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in power plants, renewable energy, or large-scale industrial operations.
• Strong hands-on experience in MV/HV systems maintenance and diagnostics.
• Proficient in interpreting complex electrical schematics and using testing/diagnostic equipment.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Filipino (Tagalog).
• Strong leadership capability with the ability to work independently and manage field teams effectively.
