We are looking for a dedicated and service-oriented Derma Operations Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of the Victoria Skin Clinic. This role involves supervising clinic staff, managing appointment scheduling, maintaining inventory and equipment, and ensuring excellent customer service.

The Derma Operations Supervisor plays a key role in maintaining operational efficiency, client satisfaction, and service excellence within a hospitality-driven environment.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  1. Supervise daily clinic operations, ensuring smooth workflow, proper staffing, and adherence to service protocols.
  2. Lead and motivate the derma team (therapists, aestheticians, receptionist) to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
  3. Monitor and coordinate client appointments, service flow, and timely delivery of treatments.
  4. Ensure all equipment, treatment rooms, and clinic facilities are maintained in good condition and meet hygiene standards.
  5. Oversee inventory management of skincare products, supplies, and equipment, including ordering and stock control.
  6. Address guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  7. Collaborate with the Marketing Team on promotional activities and service offerings.
  8. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, standard operating procedures, and brand standards.
  9. Train new staff and provide ongoing coaching to ensure skill development and service consistency.
  10. Prepare and submit operational reports, including daily sales, service performance, and client feedback.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Management, or a related field preferred.
  2. Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in spa, dermatology clinic, or aesthetic operations, with supervisory experience.
  3. Strong knowledge of skincare treatments, dermatological procedures, and hospitality service standards.
  4. Excellent leadership, organizational, and customer service skills.
  5. Proficient in scheduling systems, POS, and clinic operations software.
  6. Detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  7. Professional appearance and a customer-focused attitude.
  8. Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by clinic operations.
