Operations Manager (Hospital and Aesthetic Clinic) - Quezon City

Overview:

We are seeking a results-driven Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of a healthcare facility — either a hospital or an aesthetic clinic — based in Metro Manila. The ideal candidate has strong leadership capabilities, a passion for healthcare service excellence, and a track record in streamlining operations, managing teams, and ensuring compliance with healthcare standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate day-to-day operations including patient flow, scheduling, inventory, and administrative functions.
• Collaborate with clinical and non-clinical teams to ensure high-quality patient care and seamless service delivery.
• Oversee support staff performance, implement training programs, and cultivate a service-oriented team culture.
• Monitor compliance with healthcare regulations, safety standards, and internal protocols.
• Lead operational efficiency initiatives, SOP implementation, and process improvements.
• Manage budgeting, procurement, and vendor relationships to ensure cost-effective resource utilization.
• Analyze operational metrics and prepare regular performance reports for senior management.
• Support marketing, service offerings, and client experience initiatives to grow the business and enhance patient satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Minimum of 3–7 years of experience in healthcare operations (hospital, clinic, or wellness center setting).
• Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of healthcare compliance standards (e.g., DOH, PhilHealth, FDA regulations) and clinic operations best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; customer service mindset is essential.
• Familiarity with healthcare systems (e.g., EMR, CRM, scheduling software) is an advantage.
