Location: Remote, Philippines (Night Shift)
Reporting To: Chief Human Resources Officer
Team Size: 40+ Recruiters, Coordinators, and Schedulers

Schedule: Full-Time, Monday to Friday, 10AM–7PM EST (10PM–7AM PHT)

As we continue scaling rapidly, our in-house recruiting team based in the Philippines plays a critical role in building and sustaining our clinical workforce.

We are hiring a senior leader to oversee this entire recruiting engine. This role will directly influence the growth and stability of Theoria’s U.S. medical operations.

Role Overview

The Head of Talent Acquisition – Philippines will lead Theoria’s full recruiting infrastructure based in the Philippines. This leader will oversee a team of 40+ recruiters, coordinators, and schedulers responsible for hiring 75 to 100 U.S.-based MDs and NPs per month, along with administrative and support staff.

You will be accountable for talent strategy, pipeline expansion, recruiter performance, automation of recruiting workflows, and alignment between the PH execution team and U.S. clinical leadership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage all aspects of recruiting operations for a team of 40+ professionals
  • Oversee full-cycle recruiting for U.S. physicians, nurse practitioners, and internal roles
  • Own all recruitment KPIs including time to fill, time to hire, offer-to-start conversion, and 90-day attrition
  • Implement sourcing strategies that grow a high-quality and redundant U.S. provider pipeline
  • Monitor recruiting throughput and continuously improve productivity per recruiter
  • Partner with U.S. operational leaders to align recruiting velocity with national growth goals
  • Manage workflows across Greenhouse, Calendly, Slack, and Google Suite
  • Build SOPs, recruiter dashboards, performance benchmarks, and automation protocols
  • Reduce cost per hire through systems thinking and continuous funnel optimization
  • Improve team quality through training, performance feedback, and rigorous accountability
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of recruiting leadership experience, with direct oversight of at least 20 staff
  • Experience managing recruiting for U.S.-based clinicians, preferably MDs and NPs
  • Expertise in ATS systems such as Greenhouse, and recruiting metrics management
  • Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting in a BPO, RPO, or healthcare organization
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Hands-on operator comfortable managing night-shift teams with aggressive KPIs
  • Strong process orientation with experience in recruiting workflow optimization
  • Familiarity with both sourcing strategy and operational execution
Work Conditions
  • Shift: 10AM to 7PM EST (strictly night shift Philippines)
  • Location: Fully remote from the Philippines
  • Communication: Daily collaboration with U.S.-based executives
Compensation and Benefits
  • Monthly Salary: ₱250,000 to ₱350,000, commensurate with experience
