We’re now looking for a Procurement Marketing Assistantwho can support our marketing and research efforts — blending content creation with light data work, social media management, and strategic insights.
What You’ll Be Doing- Content Creation & Social Media Management
- Write engaging blog posts, LinkedIn posts, and use cases focused on Procurement, SaaS, Cost Optimization, and Negotiation.
- Schedule and manage posts onLinkedIn(our main content platform) using scheduling tools and basic analytics.
- Assist in growing our professional presence and brand voice with a consistent, relevant, and insightful posting cadence.
- Procurement Market Research
- Research procurement-related podcasts, industry events, and relevant channels across Europe.
- Conduct ongoing research on:
- Procurement trends and insights (especially within Cloud, Data, Customer Service, and Sales tech stacks).
- Supplier overviews and competitor landscapes.
- European SMEs (100–1,000 employees) that may benefit from procurement-as-a-service.
- SaaS and procurement software comparisons across verticals.
- Multimedia & Graphic Design Support (Occasional)
- Create simple visuals using Canva or similar tools for blog posts and LinkedIn updates.
- Support visual storytelling for procurement-related content.
- Data & SEO Support
- Perform light data entry and basic data cleaning or formatting for target lists.
- Conduct keyword research and apply basic SEO principles to blog content and page updates.
What We’re Looking For
✅Must-Have Skills- Strong writing skills with a clear, professional tone (B2B, SaaS, or procurement experience a plus)
- Hands-on experience withLinkedInas a content distribution platform
- Comfortable doing online research and summarizing findings concisely
- Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace, Canva, Wordpress and SEO platforms
- Soft Skills & Freelancer Qualities
- Self-starter who can work independently with minimal hand-holding
- Proactive communicator who shares progress updates and flags questions early
- Curious mindset — especially interested in procurement, tech, and B2B strategy
- High attention to detail and a strong sense of quality control
- Open to feedback and iterating on content or research formats
- Comfortable managing their time and meeting agreed-upon deadlines
- Experience working with procurement, SaaS, or B2B consulting companies
- Familiarity with CRMs or lead enrichment (e.g., HubSpot, Pipedrive, Notion, or Airtable)
- Interest in growing into a broader strategic or marketing role over time
