Executive Marketing Assistant (Full-Time Remote)
Salary Range: USD $1,500–$2,000/month (negotiable based on experience)
Working Hours: 1:00 pm – 10:00 pm PST (with a 1-hour lunch break)
About the Role:
We're a dynamic, results-driven digital marketing agency based in Canada, and we're looking for a proactive, organized, and highly motivated Executive Marketing Assistant to join our remote team. The successful candidate will independently manage various marketing and administrative tasks, ensuring smooth daily operations and actively contributing to our agency's success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Creation: Draft and edit blog posts, email marketing campaigns, and basic copywriting tasks.
- Social Media Management: Create engaging social media content using Canva, schedule posts, interact with followers, and provide basic analytics reports for LinkedIn and Instagram.
- Marketing Campaign Support: Assist in managing campaign timelines, tracking deliverables, and reporting performance metrics.
- Research Support: Conduct competitor analysis, monitor market trends, and summarize key strategic insights.
- Project and Team Coordination: Coordinate action items among team members, manage project tasks, follow up daily, and ensure completion of deliverables.
- Administrative Marketing Tasks: Organize and maintain marketing files, coordinate meetings with marketing partners, and manage marketing-specific calendars.
Required Skills and Experience:

- Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Calendar)
- ChatGPT
- QuickBooks (attaching receipts to expenses)
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Ability to efficiently manage tasks independently and proactively without constant supervision.
- High level of productivity, organization, and attention to detail.
- Previous experience as a virtual assistant or in a digital marketing support role is preferred.
