Job Description

The Warehouse Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of daily warehouse and logistics operations, ensuring efficient and safe movement, storage, and handling of materials.

• Lead, train, and manage a team, ensuring adherence to company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Oversee the scheduling, execution, and coordination of inbound (receiving) and outbound (dispatching) logistics activities.
• Directly supervise MHE operations, including Counterbalance, Reach Trucks, and Battery Operated Forklifts, ensuring proper usage, scheduling, and basic operational inspection.
• Effectively coordinate with internal departments (e.g., procurement, production) and external stakeholders (e.g., drivers, 3PL) to ensure smooth supply chain flow.

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related course.
• Experience: A minimum of 2-3 years of supervisory experience in warehouse or logistics operations, specifically handling forklifts and related equipment.
• Skills:
• Strong leadership and proven people management skills.
• In-depth knowledge of MHE operations (Counterbalance, Reach Truck, Battery Operated Forklift).
• Familiarity with basic maintenance and safety inspection procedures for warehouse equipment.
• Proficient in MS Excel for data analysis and report preparation.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Having a BOSH (Basic Occupational Safety and Health) or a valid first aid training certificate is an advantage.

• Work Schedule: Mondays to Saturdays; 48 hours per week.
