Position Summary
We are seeking a Remote Operations Executive to join our team. You will play a critical role in coordinating daily operations, supporting both clients and staff, and ensuring high service standards are maintained across all projects. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
Key Responsibilities
Operations Management- Support the core operations team in managing day-to-day activities and client deliverables.
- Conduct follow-ups with on-ground staff and supervisors to ensure tasks are completed on time and to standard.
- Manage cleaning inventory, consumables, and equipment allocations for jobs.
- Respond to issues raised by clients, internal customer service, and billing departments.
- Work with the Sales team to gather and input details needed for quotations and job planning.
- Provide administrative and ad-hoc support to ensure operations run smoothly.
- Handle onboarding, hiring, and documentation for assigned team members.
- Prepare and manage cleaning staff schedules to ensure optimal manpower usage.
- Supervise performance and coordinate task delegation with ground supervisors.
- Identify and propose improvements to workflows and scheduling processes.
- Coordinate interdepartmentally to ensure prompt fulfillment of new and existing deals.
- Assist in general administrative duties and urgent operational matters as required.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Operations or related fields.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Fluency in English (spoken and written) is required.
- Ability to communicate in Mandarin is an advantage.
- Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho) is a bonus.
- Able to start immediately is preferred.
- Willing to work 6 days/week (Monday to Saturday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM).
- Must be responsive and contactable after hours for urgent operations support.
