• Oversee store operations management across multiple branches.
• Handle inventory, forecasting, and ordering to maintain optimal stock levels.

• Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing requests, comments, and complaints.
• Implement measures to prevent stock damages, theft, and wastage.
• Monitor and maintain the general appearance and ambiance of the stores.
• Analyze market trends and introduce products that resonate with customers.
• Keep detailed and updated records of daily, weekly, monthly, and annual revenues, expenses, stocks, and product movement, and generate corresponding management reports.

Qualifications/Requirements

• 2-3 years of leadership experience in the restaurant industry
• Proven ability to manage teams, drive sales, and oversee daily operations
• Accountable for overall are performance including sales, team output, customer experience, and operational standards
• Highly organized; capable of working with multiple branches
• Strategic mindset; can identify both gaps and opportunities for growth
• Proficient in POS, inventory, and basic sales reporting

• Supports and empowers Store Managers and Supervisors

• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Amenable to work onsite in Brgy. Lakandula, Mabalacat City, Pampanga
