What is the job?

The Insurance Operations Support Specialist is responsible in supporting policy servicing and administrative insurance operations by managing documentation, certificates, and account-related requests.

Responsibilities:

  • Processes certificates of insurance and auto ID requests accurately and on time
  • Reviews policies, prepares ACORD forms, and supports renewal processes
  • Ensures completeness and accuracy of renewal data and documentation
  • Manages service inbox, emails, and inbound calls, routing as needed
  • Prepares loss summaries and maintains organized records and reports
  • Adheres to agency standards, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and attention to detail

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience in administrative support, insurance operations, or account support roles.
  • Experience in creating certificates of insurance (COI).
