We are looking for an Experienced Talent Sourcing Specialist who can source applicants online through Facebook, Social Media, Job Boards and other sources.
Job Title: Talent Sourcing SpecialistJob Mode: Onsite in Mabolo, Cebu City
Work Scehdule: Monday to Friday 10 AM to 7 PM ( Fixed Schedule )
Work Responsibilities:
- Source Applicants for Open call center accounts on Facebook and Job Boards or online methods
- Call the applicant and check their communication skills
- Invite the shortlisted applicants onsite for interview
- Ensure all your invited applicants attent the interview process.
Preferred Applicant:
- should have with deep experience of facebook recruitment and online talent sourcing
- should be persistent and concinving enough to make applicants show up onsite
- should be target oriented and ready to work in fast-paced hiring environment
Educational Qualification : None needed as long as has good knowledge of talent sourcing
