RECRUITMENT SPECIALIST

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with hiring managers to define staffing needs and selection criteria
• Manage full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding
• Source candidates through online platforms and professional networks
• Plan and conduct screenings, assessments, and interviews
• Maintain and improve the recruitment tracking system
• Review resumes and candidate information
• Create job descriptions and interview questions
• Support employer branding initiatives
• Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events
• Forecast hiring needs by department
• Build and maintain long-term candidate relationships

Skills Requirement:

• Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role;
• Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks;
• Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods;
• Knowledge of Recruitment platforms and tracking systems;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
• A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations.
