CORPORATE FINANCE HEAD

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Coordinates with Chief Operating Officer (COO) and President in matters affecting the financial performance of the projects.
• Presents the financial reports of their respective projects.
• Implement proper financial control in all areas of operation to avoid, prevent, or detect pilferage and possible loss of company properties and assets on time.
• Consolidates budget for the entire fiscal operations.
• Conducts financial planning, budgeting, and financial performance reviews with managers and top management.
• Presents to the Board and the President the preferred fund sources for the investment to be profitable, and the advantages or disadvantages of using either source before a decision can be made.
• Reviews and negotiates contracts and contract prices.
• Identify and assess financial risks and suggest solutions to reduce costs and improve profitability.
• Organize, maintain and analyze financial records for audit readiness.
• Provide recommendations to management to support operational and financial improvement.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) qualification is a must.
• Minimum of three years’ supervisory/managerial experience in the accounting field.
• Excellent organizational skills and expertise in handling time-sensitive and confidential tasks.
• Strong financial modeling, analysis, forecasting, and Excel skills.
• Excellent communication skills—comfortable presenting to senior leadership, with pleasing demeanor.
• Proven leadership and team development abilities; high attention to detail.
• Highly regarded for an approachable personality and the ability to put others at ease in high-pressure situations.
