Job Description

The CEO will serve as the highest-ranking executive, responsible for the overall success, strategic direction, and operational performance of Maayo Hotels Corporation. The ideal candidate will be an inspiring leader with a proven track record in hospitality management, strategic planning, and driving profitability while upholding the core values of service excellence and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic leadership and direction aligned with the company’s mission and long-term vision
• Oversee hotel operations, business development, financial performance, and guest satisfaction
• Lead and mentor the senior leadership team to ensure operational excellence across all departments
• Drive sustainable growth and expansion through market analysis, partnerships, and brand positioning
• Foster a strong organizational culture rooted in teamwork, accountability, and customer-centric values
• Represent the company in high-level negotiations, industry engagements, and investor relations
• Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and corporate governance standards
• Collaborate with the Board of Directors to establish goals, monitor performance, and report on key initiatives

• Proven experience as a CEO, COO, General Manager, or senior leadership role in the hospitality industry
• Minimum of 10 years in hospitality or hotel management, with at least 5 years in a C-suite or executive position
• Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management
• Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
• Strategic thinker with a growth mindset and a passion for guest service excellence
• Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred)
