Job Description
Location: The Curve, BGC, Taguig (Onsite)Shift: Night Shift (11:00 PM – 8:00 AM)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: PHP 47,000
Job Summary
We are looking for a results-driven Sales Supervisor (BPO) to lead and manage a team of Sales Assistants in a fast-paced contact center environment. This role is responsible for driving sales performance, ensuring quality customer interactions, and improving operational efficiency through coaching and process optimization.
Key ResponsibilitiesTeam Leadership & Supervision
- Coach, mentor, and motivate Sales Assistants to achieve sales targets
- Monitor daily performance including calls, follow-ups, and CRM usage
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide regular feedback
- Support onboarding and training of new team members
- Handle inbound and outbound sales activities and client inquiries
- Lead by example in sales communication and customer management
- Ensure call quality, CRM accuracy, and workflow efficiency
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance results
- Track KPIs such as call volume, conversions, and pipeline progress
- Prepare reports and analyze performance trends
- Recommend strategies to improve team productivity and outcomes
- Manage escalations and ensure timely resolution of client concerns
- Coordinate with internal teams to align sales initiatives
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Job Qualifications
Qualifications- Bachelor’s Degree in any field (or High School Graduate with 3+ years relevant experience)
- At least 3 years of experience in BPO / contact center / customer service
- Minimum of 2 years supervisory or leadership experience
- Strong English communication skills (verbal and written)
- Experience in sales, CRM tools, and high call volume environments
- Strong leadership, coaching, and performance management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, night shift environment
- HMO coverage (Day 1) + up to 2 dependents
- 13th Month Pay + Government Benefits (SSS, Pag-IBIG, PhilHealth)
- 10% Night Differential
- Transportation Allowance: PHP 3,000
- Rice Allowance: PHP 1,500
- Performance-based incentives (probationary period)
- Bi-annual performance reviews with potential salary increase
- Leave Credits: 12 VL + 12 SL (with conversion option)
